Juvenile arrested in Willow incident

On 11/11/2018, at approximately 6:41 p.m., Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence in vicinity of Pettis Drive in Willow for a report of a possible burglary in progress.

Investigation revealed that four juveniles forcefully entered a residence and stole items from it then fleeing the area after being confronted by a neighbor. One of the juveniles was located and arrested.

The juvenile was transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice facility in Palmer where he was remanded on charges of Burglary 1, Theft 2, Criminal Mischief 3, and Minor Consuming Alcohol. Charges against the other three were forwarded to the DA.
